What a weekend!

SEE IT!
I saw it dubbed and still LOVED it!
Inventive - EXCELLENT!
My sweet muse & daughter

Anaïs is brunette again.
texted that she had forwarded money
so I should buy me a bottle of champagne on her expense to enjoy my weekend.

Obeying her orders, coming out of Casino with my M&C
a hunky guy stopped me and stated that I was beautiful
I replied that he had a great tee
he then took it off and handed it to me!

A lovely Dolce & Gabbana t-shirt in kaki.
Nice.

Anyhow.

It was a very SATISFYING weekend in EVERY sense for me.
H was a pet.
We even tried to put back part of the gate together but couldn't master it.

H PROMISED to exclude the ugly - inside out - Snake
from our lives until my muse comes down.
(I usually find nonattractive persons more interesting intellectually
but this item of humankind is pure venom
a misantropic besserwisser whom H ridiculed before
but is taking huge influence of - you become what you mingle with -
and thereby is rude, nonchalant and insolent towards me at home)

Does he keep it?
Of course NOT.
He calls him each and every day and acts like he is married to this awful person.
More or less courting him.
Terrified to upset him.
"Oh Snake wants to run..."
So he runs with him and H strains his calf muscle...
I asked for some days after Snake ignored H for 8 years!!!
It seems the more you despise H the more he does for you.
Too bad I'm not that kind of woman.

Clive Barker

Balance, October 5th 1952.
In 2003, Clive Barker received The Davidson/Valentini Award at the 15th GLAAD Media Awards. This award is presented "to an openly lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender individual who has made a significant difference in promoting equal rights for any of those communities".[3] While Barker is critical of organized religion, he has stated that he is a believer in both God and the afterlife, and that the Bible influences his work.[4]
Clive Barker had said, "I want to be remembered as an imaginer, someone who used his imagination as a way to journey beyond the limits of self, beyond the limits of flesh and blood, beyond the limits of even perhaps life itself, in order to discover some sense of order in what appears to be a disordered universe. I'm using my imagination to find meaning, both for myself and, I hope, for my readers."
Barker is one of the leading authors of contemporary horror/fantasy, writing in the horror genre early in his career, mostly in the form of short stories (collected in Books of Blood 1 – 6), and the Faustian novel The Damnation Game (1985). Later he moved towards modern-day fantasy and urban fantasy with horror elements in Weaveworld (1987), The Great and Secret Show (1989), the world-spanning Imajica (1991) and Sacrament (1996), bringing in the deeper, richer concepts of reality, the nature of the mind and dreams, and the power of words and memories.
Barker's distinctive style is characterized by the notion of hidden fantastical worlds coexisting with our own, the role of sexuality in the supernatural and the construction of coherent, complex and detailed universes. Barker has referred to this style as "dark fantasy" or the "fantastique". His stories are notable for a deliberate blurring of the distinction between binary opposites such as hell and heaven, or pleasure and pain (the latter particularly so in The Hellbound Heart).
When the Books of Blood were first published in the United States in paperback, Stephen King was quoted on the book covers: "I have seen the future of horror, his name is Clive Barker."[6] Critical studies of Barker's work include Clive Barker's Short Stories (1994) by Gary Hoppenstand,[7] and an essay in S. T. Joshi's The Modern Weird Tale (2001). As for influences on his writing, Barker lists Herman Melville, Edgar Allan Poe, Ray Bradbury, William S. Burroughs, and Jean Cocteau, among others.[8]
He is also the writer of the best-selling Abarat series, and plans on producing three more novels in the series.
Barker's basic philosophy and approach are revealed clearly in his written foreword to H.R. Giger's illustrated work, "Necronomicon."

FURIOUS
I'm totally enraged!
On our way to Santa I noticed two teenagers in combat chinos.
They looked very menancingly proud and were by something hanging from a tree.
H who was driving didn't notice anything but I was sure it was an animal.
Being me I couldn't relax by Santa's.
He had a cuddly cat though.

Very cuddly but with a broken tail poor thing.
On our way back I asked H to take the same road as before.
This is what we found:
WARNING!

It's a dead badger hanging upsidedown with a bottle in its anus.
No sight of the youngsters.
H said maybe it was dead when they found it and the teenagers just wanted to have fun and play...
Well, maybe it was hurt and they tortured it is my reflexion...
And is it excusable to treat a dead animal like that if it was dead?
H said a badger is not an endangered species...
Does it make it okay???
For me hanging it up, "playing" with it and placing a bottle like that is MONSTRUOS!!

I would have liked to remove the bottle and bury it
but H said it served better as a reminder of how cruel people can be
staying the way it was for passers by on rue du petit lac nearby Bons-en-Chablais
I really loathe this redneck area at times and feel so alien being a vegetarian and humane.
I feel so naive.

17 healthy carbs
Even if you don't diet!
17 healthy carbs that you should be eating for overall health!
1. Oatmeal. It may seem boring, but oatmeal is such a delicious and filling breakfast choice. With lots of fiber, five grams of protein, 27 grams of carbs, three grams of fat and only 150 calories, you get a lot of nutritional bang for your bite!
2. Barley. Also high in fiber, barley is great in soups, as a whole-grain side or even as a healthy rice replacement in risotto!

3. Brown rice. If you’re looking to make those carbs you eat healthier, an easy swap is trading your white rice for brown. With so many quick-cooking options on the market these days, there are tons of ways to add brown rice to your diet.
4. Fruits. No matter what your favorite fruit is, it’s likely that it’s high in vitamins, minerals and fiber, as well as carbs. Fresh, frozen or canned, stock up on a variety of fruits to get your carbs in your diet.
5. Veggies. Although veggies are lower in carbs than fruit, they can still be a good source, particularly the starchy vegetables such as potatoes, green beans, peas, carrots and corn. If you have trouble getting your veggies in, follow these sneaky vegetable tips!
6. Quinoa. We love this healthy whole grain because not only is it a good source of fiber, iron and magnesium, it’s also a complete protein! With the consistency of couscous, quinoa is also easy to make.

7. 100% whole-wheat bread. Want to make that sandwich healthier? Trade your white bread for wheat bread and get a full dose of whole grains. Just be sure that you’re buying 100 percent whole-grain bread, not just wheat bread, to reap the nutritional benefits. To be sure, the first word on the ingredient list should be “whole”.
8. Whole-grain pasta. If you’re a pasta fiend, why not try whole-grain pasta? With more fiber, whole-grain pasta is more filling so you need less to satiate your cravings!

No.5. The 17 Day Diet.
It’s a diet based on calorie shifting or eating in cycles, the main aim of which is to confuse the metabolic system. In other words you change the way you eat every few days or weeks. This method constantly keeps your metabolism guessing at what is next and it never settles into a state of regularity, with the end result that you experience increased weight loss.
